With 13.5% alcohol it feels just ripe, with earthy, organic notes, some charred oak and smoke undertones, and no herbaceous aromas. This wine is quite remarkable for a cool vintage, especially because the Carmenere was harvested early, and the Bordeaux side appears in the shape of some black pepper and paprika. Winemaking is pretty similar for all reds, with fermentation in stainless steel and 21 to 25 degrees Celsius with selected yeasts. The aging was two years in French oak barrels. It has a floral and smoky nose, very showy, with some meaty notes, too, a little à la northern Rhône. The palate shows a powerful wine, with some grainy tannins and very good length. This has a different character than the 2013, but the level of quality is very similar. 9,800 bottles produced.(230, The Wine Advocate, 28th Apr 2017) Îò»Ë¤¢¤ëȪ¤Ç¥µ¥¹¥Æ¥¤¥Ê¥Ö¥ë¤Ê¥ï¥¤¥ó¤¤ê¤ò¹Ô¤¦À¸»º¼Ô ¥ô¥£¡¼¥Ë¥ã ¥Þ¥ Vina Maquis ¥³¥ë¥Á¥ã¥°¥¢¡¦¥ô¥¡¥ì¡¼¤Î¥ô¥£¡¼¥Ë¥ã¡¦¥Þ¥¤ÎȪ¤Ï¡¢18À¤µª¤Ë¥¤¥¨¥º¥¹²ñ¤Î»Êº×¤¬³«º¦¤·¤¿Îò»Ë¤¢¤ë¾ì½ê¤À¡£ 19À¤µª¤Ë¤Ï¤Õ¤¿¤ê¤Î¥Á¥êÂçÅýÎΤμê¤Ë¤ï¤¿¤ê¡¢1916ǯ¤«¤é¸½¥ª¡¼¥Ê¡¼¤Î¥Õ¥ë¥¿¥É²È¤¬½êÍ¡£ 2002ǯ¤Ë¶áÂåÀßÈ÷¤òÀ°¤¨¤¿¥ï¥¤¥Ê¥ê¡¼¤Ë·ú¤ÆÂؤ¨¤¿¡£ ¥³¥ó¥µ¥ë¥¿¥ó¥È¤Ï¡¢¾ú¤¤ò¥¨¥ê¥Ã¥¯¡¦¥Ü¥ï¥¹¥Î¡¢ºÏÇݤò¥·¥ã¥È¡¼¡¦¥¤¥±¥à¤ä¥ª¡¼¥Ñ¥¹¥ï¥ó¤ò¸ÜµÒ¤Ë¤â¤Ä¥°¥¶¥ô¥£¥¨¡¦¥·¥ç¡¼¥ó¤¬Ì³¤á¤ë¡£ ¥Þ¥¤Î¥Õ¥é¥Ã¥°¥·¥Ã¥×¤Ï¥«¥Ù¥ë¥Í¡¦¥Õ¥é¥ó¡£ ¥Á¥ê¤Î¥«¥Ù¥ë¥Í¡¦¥Õ¥é¥ó¤È¤¤¤¨¤Ð1994ǯ¤Þ¤Ç¥«¥ë¥á¥Í¡¼¥ì¤Èº®Æ±¤µ¤ì¤Æ¤¤¤¿¤³¤È¤ÇÃΤé¤ì¤ë¤¬¡¢¥Þ¥¤Ç¤Ï1940ǯÂ夹¤Ç¤Ë¥«¥Ù¥ë¥Í¡¦¥Õ¥é¥ó¤È¤·¤Æǧ¼±¤·¤Æ¤¤¤¿¤È¤¤¤¦¡£ ¡ÖÁÄÉã¤ÈºÏÇÝôÅö¼Ô¤¬ÃúÇ«¤ËȪ¤ò´ÉÍý¤·¤Æ¤¤¤¿¤ª¤«¤²¤Ç¤¹¡×¤È¥ê¥«¥ë¥É¡¦¥ê¥ô¥¡¥Ç¥Í¥¤¥é¡¦¥Õ¥ë¥¿¥É¤Ï¸ì¤ë¡£ Ȫ¤Ï¤Õ¤¿¤Ä¤ÎÂ礤ÊÀî¤Ë¶´¤Þ¤ì¤Æ¤¤¤Æ±è´ß¤«¤é¤ÎÎä·¤¤É÷¤¬Ä̤êÆ»¤È¤Ê¤ë¤¿¤á¡¢¥³¥ë¥Á¥ã¥°¥¢¡¦¥ô¥¡¥ì¡¼¤Î²Æ¤Î½ë¤µ¤¬Ï¤餰¡£ ¤³¤Î¤¿¤á¤À¤í¤¦¡¢¥Þ¥¤Î¥ï¥¤¥ó¤Ï¤É¤ì¤â½ë¤µ¤ò´¶¤¸¤Ê¤¤¡¢²Ö¤ä¥Ï¡¼¥Ö¤ÎÁ¡ºÙ¤ÊÉ÷Ì£¤ËËþ¤Á¤Æ¤¤¤ë¡£ ¡Ê¥ï¥¤¥Ê¡¼¥È110¹æ¤è¤ê¡Ë¥ô¥£¡¼¥Ë¥ã¡¦¥Þ¥¤Ç¤Ï¥µ¥¹¥Æ¥¤¥Ê¥Ö¥ë¤Ê¥ï¥¤¥ó¤¤ê¤Ø¤Î¼è¤êÁȤߤâ¹Ô¤Ã¤Æ¤ª¤ê¡¢¡Ö¥ï¥¤¥ó¥º¡¦¥ª¥Ö¡¦¥Á¥ê¡×¤Î¥µ¥¹¥Æ¥Ê¥Ó¥ê¥Æ¥£Ç§¾Ú¤ò¹ñÆâ¤ÇºÇ½é¤Ë¼èÆÀ¤·¤¿¥ï¥¤¥Ê¥ê¡¼¤Î°ì¤Ä¤Ç¤¹¡£ ÃÏÇ®¥Ò¡¼¥È¥Ý¥ó¥×¤òÍøÍѤ·¤¿¥¨¥Í¥ë¥®¡¼²ó¼ý¥·¥¹¥Æ¥à¤òƳÆþ¤¹¤ë»ö¤Ë¤è¤ê¡¢¥¨¥Í¥ë¥®¡¼¾ÃÈñÎ̤ò30¡ó¡¢¥¬¥¹¾ÃÈñÎ̤ò90¡óºï¸º¤¹¤ë»ö¤ËÀ®¸ù¤·¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¤³¤Îµ»½Ñ³×¿·¤Ë¤è¤ê¡¢¥ô¥£¡¼¥Ë¥ã¡¦¥Þ¥¤Ï¥Á¥ê¡¦¥¤¥®¥ê¥¹¾¦¹©²ñµÄ½ê¤Î2013ǯ¥¤¥Î¥Ù¡¼¥·¥ç¥ó¾Þ¤ò¼õ¾Þ¤·¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¤Þ¤¿¡¢2600Ƭ¤â¤ÎÍÓ¤ò»ô°é¤·¤Æ¤ª¤ê¡¢Åߤ«¤é½Õ¤Ë¤«¤±¤Æ¤Î»¨Áð¶î½ü¤Ê¤É¤ËÌòΩ¤Æ¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥ô¥£¡¼¥Ë¥ã ¥Þ¥ °ìÍ÷¤Ø ¡ÚºÇÂç20,000±ßOFF¥¯¡¼¥Ý¥ó¡ú´ü´Ö¸ÂÄê¡Û¥ô¥£¡¼¥Ë¥ã ¥Þ¥ ¥Õ¥é¥ó¥³ 2012 Vina Maquis Franco ¥Á¥ê À֥磻¥ó ¡Úksp¡Û¡Ú¥¹¡¼¥Ñ¡¼SALE´ü´Ö¡ú6/4 20:00?6/11 1:59¡Û 8,800 円

But the 2016 Franco, their top Cabernet Franc, has higher alcohol than the 2015 but at the same time has more acidity, which means a different balance. And in this cooler vintage, it is blended with some 6% Cabernet Sauvignon. The vinification and élevage was similar. The wine is complex and subtle, nuanced and elegant. It has terrific balance and finesse, great freshness and refined tannins. This has to be the finest vintage of Franco to date. Bravo! 9,800 bottles produced. It has a broody nose of mulberry, cola, tobacco, mint and undergrowth that feels just a little static at first, but begins to loosen up in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin, crisp and focused, fully mature but with more than enough freshness, segueing into a structured and lightly spiced finish with dry tobacco lingering on the aftertaste. There is weight and intention here, a Pomerol undiminished by time and a quite brilliant wine in the context of the vintage. The 1994 is the "insiders' choice." The 2006 Echézeaux Grand Cru has a slightly rustic, bucolic bouquet with mushroom and sous-bois scents infusing the red and black fruit. The wine is exuberant and rich, owing that extra intensity to a vintage that was sunny, luminous and warm throughout the season. The fruit ripened perfectly on schedule. Interestingly, this wine is 50% Merlot with 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc. When the Gaja family first came to Bolgheri, they were heavily committed to the Merlot grape, with half the vineyards planted to that variety. Today, Merlot has been reduced to 17% of the vineyard holdings. Still, the 2005 is surprisingly round and harmonious for a young vintage of Biondi-Santi, in fact, I had a hard time putting the glass down! Though medium in body, the wine offers gorgeous persistence and a long, exceptionally pure finish. I expect the 2005 Brunello to shut down in bottle, but readers who have an opportunity to taste the wine should not hesitate. Biondi-Santi did not produce a Riserva in 2005; instead the best of the fruit that is normally destined for the Riserva plus a selection of old vines near the heart of the estate were used for the 2005 Brunello. This is one of the unqualified successes of the vintage.(The Wine Advocate, Apr 27, 2010) ¡ÚºÇÂç20,000±ßOFF¥¯¡¼¥Ý¥ó¡ú´ü´Ö¸ÂÄê¡Û¥Ó¥ª¥ó¥Ç¥£ ¥µ¥ó¥Æ¥£ ¥Ö¥ë¥Í¥Ã¥í ¥Ç¥£ ¥â¥ó¥¿¥ë¥Á¡¼¥Î 2005 ¥Ö¥ë¥Í¥í Biondi Santi Brunello di Montalcino ¥¤¥¿¥ê¥¢ À֥磻¥ó ¿·Æþ²Ù¡Ú¥¹¡¼¥Ñ¡¼SALE´ü´Ö¡ú6/4 20:00?6/11 1:59¡Û 40,800 円

This year, with the 2019s, he was still tweaking the blend, but he did mention that this is "pretty close to the final blend." Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2019 Opus One leaps from the glass with notes of Black Forest cake, Morello cherries, mulberries and fresh blackcurrants plus hints of licorice, wilted roses, Sichuan pepper and iron ore. Full-bodied, the palate is jam-packed with juicy black, blue and red fruits, framed by velvety tannins and background freshness, finishing on a compelling earthy/mineral note. Tasted as a barrel sample, this is a truly magnificent Opus One in the making!(March 2021 Week 3, The Wine Advocate, 19th Mar 2021) Í£°ì̵Æó¤Î¥Ü¥ë¥É¡¼¡¦¥Ö¥ì¥ó¥É ¥ª¡¼¥Ñ¥¹ ¥ï¥ó Opus One ÆüËܤǺǤâÃÎ̾Å٤ι⤤À֥磻¥ó¤Î1¤Ä¥Ê¥Ñ¤Î¥Ñ¥ï¡¼¤È¥Ü¥ë¥É¡¼¤Î¥¨¥ì¥¬¥ó¥¹¤òÈ÷¤¨¤ëÍ£°ì̵Æó¤Î¥Ü¥ë¥É¡¼¡¦¥Ö¥ì¥ó¥É¤ÎÀ֥磻¥ó¡£ ¥«¥ê¥Õ¥©¥ë¥Ë¥¢¤Î¥Ê¥Ñ¥ô¥¡¥ì¡¼¤«¤éÀ¸¤Þ¤ì¤ë¥ª¡¼¥Ñ¥¹¥ï¥ó¤Ï¡¢ÆüËܤǺǤâÃÎ̾Å٤ι⤤À֥磻¥ó¤Î1¤Ä¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¥Õ¥£¥ê¥Ã¥×¡¦¥É¡¦¥í¥¹¥Á¥ã¥¤¥ë¥ÉÃ˼ߤÎΨ¤¤¤ë¥Ü¥ë¥É¡¼¤Î¥Ð¥í¥ó¡¦¥Õ¥£¥ê¥Ã¥×¡¦¥É¡¦¥í¥¹¥Á¥ã¥¤¥ë¥É¤È¡¢¥Ê¥Ñ¥ô¥¡¥ì¡¼¤Î¥í¥Ð¡¼¥È¡¦¥â¥ó¥À¥ô¥£¤Î¥¸¥ç¥¤¥ó¥È¡¦¥ô¥§¥ó¥Á¥ã¡¼¤¬1978ǯ¤ËÀ¸¤Þ¤ì¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ ¥Õ¥£¥ê¥Ã¥×Ã˼ߤϡ¢¥Ü¥ë¥É¡¼¤Ë¸µµÍ¤á¤ò¹¤á¡¢¥·¥ã¥È¡¼¡¦¥à¡¼¥È¥ó¡¦¥í¡¼¥È¥·¥ë¥È¤ò1µé¤Ë¾º³Ê¤µ¤»¤¿ÅÁÀâŪ¤Ê¿Íʪ¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¥í¥Ð¡¼¥È¡¦¥â¥ó¥À¥ô¥£¤Ï1966ǯ¤Ë¥ï¥¤¥Ê¥ê¡¼¤òÁÏÀߤ·¤¿¡Ö¥«¥ê¥Õ¥©¥ë¥Ë¥¢¥ï¥¤¥ó¤ÎÉã¡×¤È¸Æ¤Ð¤ì¤ë¥ï¥¤¥ó¥á¡¼¥«¡¼¤Ç¤¹¡£ 2¿Í¤¬¥Ê¥Ñ¥ô¥¡¥ì¡¼¤ÎÉ÷Åڤȥܥë¥É¡¼¤Îµ»½Ñ¤ò¹ç¤ï¤»¤Æ¡¢À¤³¦¥¯¥é¥¹¤Î¥Ü¥ë¥É¡¼¥¿¥¤¥×¤Î¥ï¥¤¥ó¤ò¤¤í¤¦¤È¤·¤Æ»Ï¤Þ¤ê¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ ¥Ê¥Ñ¥ô¥¡¥ì¡¼¤ÎÀ»ÃϤȤâ¸À¤¨¤ë¥ª¡¼¥¯¥ô¥£¥ë¤ÎȪ¤«¤é¡¢¥«¥Ù¥ë¥Í¡¦¥½¡¼¥ô¥£¥Ë¥è¥ó¼çÂΤǤ¤é¤ì¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥«¥ê¥Õ¥©¥ë¥Ë¥¢¤Î¥«¥ë¥È¥ï¥¤¥ó¤Î¸µÁÄŪ¤Ê¸ºß¤Ç¤â¤¢¤ê¤Þ¤¹¡£ À¤³¦Åª¤Ê̾À¼¤ò°ìµ¤¤Ë³ÎΩ¥Ê¥Ñ¡¦¥ô¥¡¥ì¡¼¡¦¥ô¥£¥ó¥È¥Ê¡¼¥º¤¬1981ǯ¤Ë³«¤¤¤¿¥×¥ì¥ß¥¢¡¦¥Ê¥Ñ¥ô¥¡¥ì¡¼¡¦¥ª¡¼¥¯¥·¥ç¥ó¤Ç¡¢1¥±¡¼¥¹¤¬2Ëü4000¥É¥ë¤ÎµÏ¿Åª¤Ê¹âÃͤÇÍ¤µ¤ì¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ ¥Õ¥é¥ó¥¹¤È¥¢¥á¥ê¥«¤òÂåɽ¤¹¤ëÀ¸»º¼Ô¤¬¼ê¤òÁȤó¤À¥ï¥¤¥ó¤Î¥Ë¥å¡¼¥¹¤¬¶î¤±½ä¤ê¡¢À¤³¦Åª¤Ê̾À¼¤ò°ìµ¤¤Ë³ÎΩ¤·¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ 2001ǯ°Ê¹ß¥Þ¥¤¥±¥ë¡¦¥·¥é¡¼¥Á¤Î²¼¤Ç¤µ¤é¤ËÉʼÁ¸þ¾å¤·¤¿¥ª¡¼¥Ñ¥¹¥ï¥ó¤Ï¡¢ÆüËܹñÆâ¤Ï¤â¤Á¤í¤ó¡¢¥¢¥á¥ê¥«¡¢¥¤¥®¥ê¥¹¡¢¹á¹Á¤Ê¤É³Æ¹ñ¤ÎÀ±ÉÕ¤¥ì¥¹¥È¥é¥ó¤Ë¥ª¥ó¥ê¥¹¥È¤µ¤ì¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ À¤³¦Ãæ¤Î¥Õ¥¡¥ó¤ò̥λ¤·Â³¤±¤ë¥ª¡¼¥Ñ¥¹¥ï¥ó¥ª¡¼¥Ñ¥¹¥ï¥ó¤ÏÅö½é¡¢¥â¥ó¥À¥ô¥£Â¦¤Î¥Æ¥£¥à¡¦¥â¥ó¥À¥ô¥£¤È¥à¡¼¥È¥ó¦¤Î¥Ñ¥È¥ê¥Ã¥¯¡¦¥ì¥ª¥ó¤¬¼ê¤òÁȤó¤Ç¤¤Ã¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ ¥í¥Ð¡¼¥È¡¦¥â¥ó¥À¥ô¥£¤¬¥³¥ó¥¹¥Æ¥ì¡¼¥·¥ç¥ó¡¦¥Ö¥é¥ó¥º¤ËÇã¼ý¤µ¤ì¤¿2004ǯ¤«¤é¡¢¥ª¡¼¥Ñ¥¹¥ï¥ó¤ÏÆÈΩ¤·¤¿·Á¤Ç·Ð±Ä¤µ¤ì¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥à¡¼¥È¥ó¡¦¥í¡¼¥È¥·¥ë¥È¤Î°Õ¸«¤â»²¹Í¤Ë¤·¤Þ¤¹¤¬¡¢¸½ºß¤Ï¥Á¡¼¥Õ¥ï¥¤¥ó¥á¡¼¥«¡¼¤Î¥Þ¥¤¥±¥ë¡¦¥·¥é¡¼¥Á¤¬ºÇ½ª·èÃǤò¤·¤Þ¤¹¡£ Ãå¼Â¤ËÉʼÁ¤ò¸þ¾å¤µ¤»¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥°¥é¥ô¥£¥Æ¥£¡¦¥Õ¥í¡¼¤ä¸÷³Ø¼°Áª²Ìµ¡¤òƳÆþ¤·¡¢¥Ê¥Ñ¥ô¥¡¥ì¡¼¤ÎÎ϶¯¤¤²Ì¼ÂÌ£¤È¡¢¥Ü¥ë¥É¡¼Åª¤ÊÁ¡ºÙ¤µ¤ÎξÊý¤ò»ý¤Á¹ç¤ï¤»¤ë¥ï¥¤¥ó¤È¤·¤Æ¡¢À¤³¦Ãæ¤Î¥Õ¥¡¥ó¤ò̥λ¤·Â³¤±¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥ª¡¼¥Ñ¥¹ ¥ï¥ó °ìÍ÷¤Ø ¡ÚºÇÂç20,000±ßOFF¥¯¡¼¥Ý¥ó¡ú´ü´Ö¸ÂÄê¡Û¥ª¡¼¥Ñ¥¹ ¥ï¥ó 2019 ¥ª¡¼¥Ñ¥¹¥ï¥ó ¥ª¡¼¥Ñ¥¹¡¦¥ï¥ó Opus One ¥¢¥á¥ê¥« ¥«¥ê¥Õ¥©¥ë¥Ë¥¢ À֥磻¥ó¡Ú¥¹¡¼¥Ñ¡¼SALE´ü´Ö¡ú6/4 20:00?6/11 1:59¡Û 63,800 円

The wine is a sure bet for another two decades of superb drinking.(The Wine Advocate, Apr 24, 2006) ¡ÚºÇÂç20,000±ßOFF¥¯¡¼¥Ý¥ó¡ú´ü´Ö¸ÂÄê¡Û¥½¥é¥¤¥¢ 2001 ¥¢¥ó¥Æ¥£¥Î¥ê Antinori Solaia ¥¤¥¿¥ê¥¢ À֥磻¥ó ¿·Æþ²Ù[¤Î¤³¤ê1ËÜ]¡Ú¥¹¡¼¥Ñ¡¼SALE´ü´Ö¡ú6/4 20:00?6/11 1:59¡Û 69,800 円
